1. Services

Smart Guys provides professional services including WiFi and network installations, smart device setups, and home/business automation services within Tauranga and the greater Bay of Plenty area.

2. Appointments & Payments

• All service bookings are subject to availability.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and bank transfer.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Additional charges may apply for unforeseen work or product changes not included in the original quote.

4. Warranty and Liability

• Hardware installed is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

• Installation work is guaranteed for 3 months.

• Smart Guys is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from service disruptions or product failures beyond our control.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any activity that could harm Smart Guys, our reputation, or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by Smart Guys and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Amendments

Smart Guys reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates your agreement to the current terms.
